The Complete Repertory Complete Comparison cube Project

About the CCCube-project (Complete Repertory Comparison Cube) on the Facebook Complete Repertory pages (Complete Repertory, Prosa Medica, Clinical Cases).

The project aims to compare identical rubrics from several commercial repertories. These repertories are, in alphabetical order: Complete Repertory 2026, Murphy Meta Repertory III, Saine Repertory 2025, and Synthesis Adonis Repertory.

The cube, a gimmick, was designed to provide a coding system for objectively selecting Rubrics, in which we asked ChatGPT to generate the numbers at random.

An example: The Complete Comparison Cube. I will use the cube numbers (3-in-a-row, 3-in-a-column) to choose sections, rubrics, and remedies from the commercial repertories to be compared. This is an objective and unbiased procedure. So, let us start,  so you can see how it works! The cube, left upper side, row 1: numbers are: 01-08-12. We begin with Murphy III: 01 = Section A abdomen, 08 = rubric "Asleep, as if, about hypochondrium (1): dig." We will check availability in repertories and compare remedies. Using this procedure, we have now compared approximately 40 different rubrics, and the count is still growing.

What becomes increasingly evident in the cube-project, when examining/comparing rubrics from the commercial repertories, is that both the Murphy Meta Repertory III and Saine Repertory 2025 still show a lot of the foundation laid by the Complete Repertory 4.5 in 1994, on which they have based their efforts. In the case of the Meta Repertory, this connection is less evident at first glance due to its different structure and layout. Still, a detailed comparison unmistakably confirms the same basis. The 40+ CCCube posts on the website clearly visualize this relationship.

It also shows that The Complete Repertory, which has been under continuous, full-time development since 1990, has evolved far beyond its origins. This difference in evolution is best demonstrated in the Complete Repertory 2026, where consistency, depth, refinement, and volume have reached a level previously unprecedented. The Complete Repertory 4.5 was only a momentary step on a long road.

Significant are the improvements in grading. The 2026 Complete Repertory enhances differentiation between evidence-based, clinically verified information, ensuring that grading now reflects the actual weight of the evidence. Remedies confirmed through repeated clinical observation are promoted more consistently, while unconfirmed or uncertain data are more clearly distinguished. This evolution represents a step toward greater reliability and scientific coherence in repertory construction.

Together, these advancements underscore the strength of continuous, meticulous work. The Complete Repertory 2026 stands not merely as an update but as a demonstration of long-term dedication and rigor. Many thanks to Rajesh Rajendran, whose sustained effort and precision have been instrumental in achieving this excellent level of quality and clarity in recent years.
